Having healthier teeth reflects good health. Not just health but having perfect and shining white teeth with no problems like cavities or gum bleeding or tooth ache can also boost your confidence. Rinse or chew gum after meals: In addition to brushing and flossing, rinsing your mouth with an antibacterial rinse can help prevent decay and gum problems. Chewing sugar-free gum after a meal increases the flow of saliva, which naturally washes bacteria away and neutralizes acid.
